With an IMM under her belt, Sonia began her career at Proctor & Gamble. She then moved to Revlon to assume the position of Marketing Manager, where her key responsibilities included delivering against forecasts, budgets and marketing plans. Working within defined and identified areas of strategic intent and brand objectives, Sonia soon became responsible for driving bottom lines sales and achieving profit goals.
Sonia is now a permanent member of the Integer SA team, and heads up the Agency’s strategic thinking, including:
- Strategic brand development
- Short-and long-term business plans – against the backdrop of overall business objectives
- The Identification of relevant business and consumer insights
- Developing targeted strategies around gaps and opportunities in the market place.
Sonia also has a holistic understanding of marketing and trade functions, communication and promotional plans, trade and shopper marketing, new product development, launches, as well as event and project management.
